QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A short guide before you start.

What is Molarity?

Molarity is a patient-free readiness workspace for recurring dental-office maintenance, safety, infection-control, equipment, training, and credential tasks.

Does Molarity store patient information?

No. Molarity is designed for operational readiness, not patient records. Practices should keep patient names, clinical notes, insurance details, and other patient information out of tasks and notes.

Can different team members see different tasks?

Yes. Administrators manage the practice view and assign work by role. Staff see the tasks assigned to their role or shared with the team.

How do reminders and calendars work?

An administrator sets the interval and last-completed date. Molarity calculates the next due date, sends configured reminders, and can provide calendar feeds or Google Calendar task sync depending on the plan and setup.

Is Molarity a compliance certification tool?

No. Molarity organizes and documents practice work. It does not certify compliance, replace manufacturer instructions, or provide legal, clinical, or infection-control advice.

How does pilot access work?

Pilot access is invitation-only. 2 selected Design Partners receive 60 days free and may continue at $149/month for 12 months before selecting a standard plan. Approved Paid Pilots receive a 90-day evaluation at $129/month, billed monthly and cancelable at any time. Submit the short request form below; Molarity sends an approved setup link only after review.

How is Molarity priced?

Molarity is priced per practice location, not per staff member. Standard plans are Essentials at $129/month, Practice at $199/month, and Group from $499/month. Group includes three locations; additional locations are quoted at $149/location/month up to ten. Pilot access is reviewed separately before a practice selects a standard plan.
