Privacy Notice

This notice covers the public Molarity site, pilot-request form, and patient-free Molarity service. A pilot request may include a contact name, work email, practice name, and an optional description of the recurring operational work a practice wants to discuss.

If a practice is invited to use Molarity, the service may also process approved business-contact information and patient-free operational information needed to provide the workspace, such as task ownership, schedules, reminders, and completion history.

Molarity is designed for patient-free operational readiness work. Do not submit patient names, charts, clinical notes, insurance or claims information, or other protected health information through the site, pilot request, or Molarity tasks and notes.

• Respond to a pilot request and decide whether the pilot is a fit.
• Provide, secure, support, and improve the Molarity service.
• Maintain basic operational, security, and abuse-prevention records.
• Meet applicable legal obligations and protect the service and users.

Molarity may use service providers that help host, secure, support, or operate the site and service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction. Molarity does not sell pilot-request contact information.

We keep pilot-request information only for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate or respond to the request, maintain a lightweight pilot record, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. Closed and unqualified requests are periodically reviewed as part of pilot operations.

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion of business-contact information you submitted, use the Molarity pilot request form and begin the message with “Privacy request.” Please do not include patient information in that message.

Molarity may update this notice as the service or its data practices change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
