Pilot Access Terms

Molarity pilots are invitation-only. Sending a pilot request does not create an account, guarantee acceptance, grant access, or form a contract. Molarity may accept, decline, or defer a request based on fit and pilot capacity.

If a practice is selected, Molarity will send a written invitation that identifies the pilot option, scope, start date, billing method, cancellation path, support expectations, and any additional terms. The invitation and checkout, where applicable, control the pilot.

Molarity offers two invitation-managed pilot options. An administrator assigns the option; practices do not select one through public checkout.

• Design Partner: exactly two practices may be selected for 60 days of no-cost access. At the end of that period, an eligible Design Partner may continue at $149 per month for 12 months, choose a standard plan, or end access. No continuation is billed automatically.
• Paid Pilot: approved practices receive a 90-day evaluation at $129 per month. It is billed monthly and may be canceled at any time. It does not convert automatically to a standard plan.

A Design Partner provides no payment information during its no-cost period. A Paid Pilot receives a private checkout link only after approval. Molarity does not offer public self-serve pilot checkout.

When a Paid Pilot is canceled, access remains available through the current paid period. Near the end of a pilot or founder-rate period, Molarity will prompt the administrator to choose Essentials at $129 per month, Practice at $199 per month, Group from $499 per month, or to end access. Group includes three locations; additional locations are quoted at $149 per location per month up to ten. Any export window or final timing will be shown in the practice workspace and confirmation.

Use Molarity only for patient-free operational readiness work. Do not enter patient records, clinical notes, claims, insurance details, or protected health information. Molarity is not a patient-record system.

A pilot discussion starts with a short discovery conversation. If a fictional-data demo is relevant, it focuses on the practice’s patient-free workflow category: task ownership, recurring cadence, reminder visibility, and completion history. A pilot may be configured around up to three agreed workflows. The review timing follows the selected Design Partner or Paid Pilot option above.

Molarity organizes recurring operational work. It does not provide compliance certification, legal advice, clinical advice, infection-control guidance, manufacturer instructions, or a promise of regulatory, financial, or operational outcomes. Practices remain responsible for their own policies, professional judgment, and required procedures.

• Submit only accurate business contact details and patient-free information.
• Use the site and any pilot workspace only with appropriate authority from the practice.
• Protect account credentials and notify Molarity promptly about suspected misuse.
• Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity.
